Size Guide

Please note that your order will be made to the size ordered using our Size Guide.

We do not offer exchanges, returns or alterations for garments ordered in the wrong size, or for changes in body size after the order has been placed.

Customer Service & Ordering Policy

Sizing & Fit

At Ade by Femi, it is important to us to provide fashion for all sizes. For sizes other than those listed in the Size Guide, please email your exact measurements to info@adebyfemi.com, or include them in your order notes.

If you require sizing or style assistance, please contact us at info@adebyfemi.com prior to placing your order.

Garments will be produced in the size ordered based on our Size Guide or the measurements provided at the time of purchase.

Once an order has been placed, it is final.

Ade by Femi does not offer exchanges, returns, alterations, or amendments for garments ordered in the wrong size or for changes in body size after an order has been placed.

Clients are responsible for arranging any desired tailoring or adjustments with their preferred local tailor after receiving their garment.

Custom & Made-to-Measure Pieces

Custom and made-to-measure garments are produced according to the measurements provided at the time of ordering.

Ade by Femi is not responsible for changes in body measurements, including weight gain or weight loss, after measurements have been submitted or after an order has been placed.

Custom and made-to-measure garments are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, cancelled, or amended once production has begun.

Sale Items

Items purchased from the Sale Collection are offered as-is and are final sale.

Sale items are not eligible for alterations, amendments, exchanges, refunds, or store credit.

Consultation Fee

Studio consultations are subject to a consultation fee, which is credited toward purchases made during the appointment.

Consultation fees are payable via the consultation booking section of the Ade by Femi website at the time of scheduling an appointment.

Consultations include a designated consultation period for styling, viewing, and fittings as indicated at the time of booking.

Appointments exceeding the initial consultation period may be extended at the applicable consultation rate, subject to availability.

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request advance notice.

Handcrafted Garments

Ade by Femi garments are produced in small batches and through handcrafted processes.

As a result, slight variations in fabric placement, color tone, embellishment, or finishing may occur and are considered part of the character of the garment rather than defects.

Order Cancellation or Amendment

Please review your order very carefully prior to finalizing your order.

Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to cancel or make any changes.

Address Changes

For cardholder security, we do not update shipping addresses once an order has been placed.

Please ensure that billing and shipping addresses are correct prior to completion of your order.

Shipping & Delivery

Please allow 2–3 business days from the date of purchase for your items to be processed before production. Production periods typically take up to 15 business days after processing, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If immediately available, your item will be shipped within the U.S.A. via UPS or USPS ground or air shipping within 15 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options may also be available.

Delivery is considered complete once the courier marks the package delivered to the address provided.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Liability

Ade by Femi’s responsibility for delivery is considered fulfilled once an order has been shipped and accepted by the designated shipping carrier. From that point forward, the shipment is under the control of the carrier and any delays, loss, or delivery issues must be addressed directly with the carrier.

Ade by Femi is not responsible for delayed, missing, or lost packages once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier.

In the event that a package is delayed, lost, or misdelivered, clients must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Ade by Femi will provide reasonable assistance with documentation where possible, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for packages lost in transit.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Ade by Femi is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Caring for Your Garment

An Ade by Femi hand-embellished garment is a wearable work of art. Care for your item properly to ensure long-lasting, sustainable style.

Due to the delicate nature of our hand-designed and embellished garments, pieces are best professionally cleaned.

Air garments from time to time

Spot clean gently when necessary

It is normal to see occasional stray beads, sequins, or stones in packaging or shed over time. This is a natural result of hand-embellishment and does not affect the overall integrity or beauty of the garment.

Treat your garment lovingly and it will serve you for a long time.

Damage & Issues

You have 24 hours after receiving your item to inspect your order and contact us if there are any issues.

Please include your order number and photographs of the item so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns & Store Credit

Ade by Femi does not issue refunds, returns or exchanges.

Where a return has been approved at our discretion, any amount to be returned will be issued as store credit only.

Please note that in order to preserve the health and safety of our clients and staff, we do not accept returns or exchanges on worn garments.
