Size Guide

Please note that your order will be made to the size ordered using our Size Guide.

We do not offer exchanges, returns or alterations for garments ordered in the wrong size. 

At Ade by Femi, it is important to us to provide fashion for all sizes. For sizes other than those in the Size Guide, please email us with exact measurements at, and/or include in your order notes.

If you are still in need of sizing and style assistance please contact us at ahead of placing your order. 

Once an order has been placed,  it is final. We do not offer exchanges, returns or alterations for garments ordered in the wrong size. 


Order Cancellation or Amendment

Please review your order very carefully prior to finalizing your order. Once your order has been submitted, we are unable to cancel or make any changes.  


Address Change

For cardholder security, we do not update shipping addresses. Please ensure that billing and shipping addresses are correct prior to completion of your order.


Shipping and Delivery

Please allow 2-3 business days from the date of purchase for your items to be processed and check the special terms under specific items for any additional production periods. Production periods typically take 15 business days after processing. 

If immediately available, your item should be shipped within the U.S.A. via UPS or USPS ground or air shipping within 15 business days after processing. We also offer an expedited domestic shipping option.

An Ade by Femi hand-embellished garment, is a wearable work of art. Care for your item properly to ensure long-lasting, sustainable style.

The delicate nature of our hand-designed, embellished garments mean that they are best professionally cleaned.
* Keep your garment hanging neatly away from other items that could potentially snag it, air it from time to time, and gently spot clean when necessary.
* It is normal to see a few stray beads/sequins/stones in the packaging or shed from time to time - This is a natural consequence of hand-embellishment, and we always ensure there is enough embellishment on your item to sustain its beauty, regardless of the natural shedding.

Treat it lovingly, and it will serve you devotedly for a long time.


Damage & Issues

You have 24 hours after receiving your item to please inspect your order and immediately contact us noting your order number and incorrect item(s) if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are not responsible for any missing or lost packages due to shipping or the carrier’s error.

We do not refund shipping fees. 


Returns & Exchanges

We do not issue refunds and any money to be returned will be issued as store credit.

Please note that for to preserve the health and safety of our clients and staff, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
